Excellent gym! I just completed the six-week challenge, but I'm continuing on with a membership. Here are 10 reasons why I think you should try it:
1. My results: I went from 14.9 %BF (Percent Body Fat) to 6.3 %BF in 6 weeks! I also lost 12.6 pounds (yes, over 2 pounds per week) and added Skeletal muscle mass. I wasn't overweight when I started, so my results somewhat shocked me. My body looks better, and my clothes are now loose on me.
2. I had shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff a year before I started this challenge, and had only done PT, but I really never felt the strength or full mobility return to my left shoulder/arm. I have gained strength and mobility in my left arm/shoulder, and am now capable of doing things that I haven't been able to do since before my injury.
